30 Day Money Back Return Policy
Our goal is to provide you with an easy and worry free online shopping experience. We will gladly refund your order for the full price of any returned merchandise less shipping fees in the event that you are unsatisfied with any items you have purchased. However, we will only accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase, providing items are unused and returned with original packaging and tags. Jewellery, personal care products, specials and seasonal sale items are final sale.

Need To Return An Item?
If you would like to return an item, please follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: Use the return form that was sent along with your order, or print out a new return form.

Step 2: Collect the item(s) you wish to return (please be sure to include all packaging and labels) and place in the original shipping box if you still have it, or an appropriately sized box. Be sure to package the items so that they arrive intact.

Please note: Items returned MUST be in immaculate resalable condition, in the original product packaging with all hang tags intact - otherwise a credit will not be issued. Washed, worn, stained or items determined to have been used by the consumer will not be accepted.

Items Not Accepted For Return
Due to the hygienic nature of many of our products, personal care items such as: Nursing Bras & Tank Tops, Panties and Nursing Pads, any opened or otherwise unsealed shampoos, body washes, body lotions, diaper creams, nipple creams, vitamins and/or medicines are not accepted for return.

Other sterile or sealed personal care items such as: Nipple Shields, Breast Shells, Breast Pumps, Breast Pump Accessories (Breastshields, Tubing, Connectors, Valves etc.) homeopathic medicines, vitamins and teas, once opened, are not returnable. These items are only returnable provided the factory sealed packaging is still intact. GIft Cards and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.  If you are unsure, please contact us at (780) 416-2188 to ensure your product will be accepted for return before shipping. Credits or refunds will not be issued for Items returned to us that are included in the “Not Accepted For Return” section of this policy.

Step 3: Fill out the information requested on the return form and put it in the box.

Step 4: Place your item(s) in the shipping box.

Step 6: Go to your local Canada Post outlet or courier of choosing, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, be sure to get a tracking number.
Please note: We will refuse any packages sent COD. Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it.

Resolution: You can expect that your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be credited to your credit card or to your PayPal account. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is delivered to us.
